• 化 物語 パチスロ is a vitamin C preparation in which vitamin B₂ is combined with vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and calcium salt (calcium ascorbate) of vitamin C.
• Four tablets of 化 物語 パチスロ provide 2000 mg of vitamin C (maximum daily dose for persons aged 15 years or over).
• 化 物語 パチスロ relieves blotches and freckles.
• 化 物語 パチスロ is a fairly small, yellow chewable tablet (15 mm in diameter) which is easily dissolved in the mouth.
• 化 物語 パチスロ can be used by children aged 7 years or over.
• 化 物語 パチスロ does not contain sodium, sucrose, or lactose.

1. Supply of vitamin C in the following cases:
   Physical fatigue, during pregnancy or lactation, loss of strength during or after illness, for the elderly
2. Relief of the following symptoms:
   Blotches, freckles, pigmentation due to Sunburn or rashes
3. Prevention of the following bleeding symptoms:
   Bleeding of the gums, bleeding of the nose

If the symptoms described in points 2 and 3 do not improve after using 化 物語 パチスロ for about one month, consult your physician, pharmacist, or dentist.

Take the following amount of medicine by dissolving it in the mouth or by chewing after a meal.

Precautions regarding dosage and directions

1. Children are permitted to take 化 物語 パチスロ only under the direction and supervision of a parent or other responsible adult.
2. Please follow the recommended dosage and directions.

In 4 tablets (maximum daily dose for persons aged 15 years or over)

Inactive ingredients:

Maltitol syrup, aspartame (L-phenylalanine compound), magnesium stearate, corn starch

Precautions regarding ingredients

1. Please inform your physician that you are taking 化 物語 パチスロ before undergoing urine or fecal tests. (The results of urine or fecal tests may be affected by the use of 化 物語 パチスロ.)
2. Although urine may turn yellow after taking 化 物語 パチスロ, do not worry because this is caused by riboflavin butyrate in 化 物語 パチスロ.

Who should seek consultation

1. The following persons should consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson* before taking 化 物語 パチスロ:
   Persons diagnosed with the following condition:
   Phenylketonuria (PKU)
2. Stop taking 化 物語 パチスロ immediately and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson if the following symptoms appear after taking 化 物語 パチスロ because they might be side effects of the medicine. Take this leaflet with you.

3. Stop taking 化 物語 パチスロ and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson if the following symptom appears after taking 化 物語 パチスロ and continues or worsens. Take this leaflet with you.
   Diarrhea
4. Stop taking 化 物語 パチスロ and consult a physician, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson if symptoms do not improve after taking 化 物語 パチスロ for about one month. Take this leaflet with you.

*Registered salesperson: person who has the license to sell OTC medicines except Category 1.

1. Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Be sure to close the cap tightly after each use because this preparation easily absorbs moisture.
2. Keep out of the reach of children.
3. To prevent improper use and loss of quality, do not transfer the medicine to another container.
4. Once the bottle is opened, throw away the filler in the bottle. (Putting the filler back into the bottle may change the quality by absorbing moisture. The filler in the bottle protects the tablets from breakage during transportation.)
5. Do not take 化 物語 パチスロ after the expiration date.
6. Fill in the date when the bottle was opened in the column provided on the box and bottle.
7. Once the bottle is opened, take 化 物語 パチスロ within about 6 months to maintain quality.
